After fixing our sewage drain cover, there appears to be a mini sinkhole occurring around our Thames Water meter cover. We’re wondering if this is being caused by a leak underground perhaps

Team 1 have been out to dig up the road today. Apparently this will take 3 teams, 1 to dig, 1 to replace and 1 to fill in and make good.
22/11/2018 13:45: Spoke to Eyvonne, checking Alison's emails to see if anything back from the reinstatement team yet. Said they've had a message back and are sending someone out today or tomorrow.

19/11/2018 12:45: Spoke to Alison, customer assurance team, 08000093960 (opt 1 wait 3 mins). Told them about collapsing again. Reinstatement team will need to be contacted and she'll call me back when she knows more. Original job reference was 31172996 for this work.
